The warmer weather has arrived!!
Read more →Now that the warmer weather has arrived the knitting has slowed as we are enjoying being out and about and doing the gardening. We have put a few special clearance lines on the website for you. These are in limited supply and are moving very fast so if you have your eye on something snap it up quick!! We are also in the process of making up the next list of lessons to include some workshops for making bags and Christmas gifts. These workshops will be limited spaces to ensure everyone achieves their project so be sure to book early...

We have nearly been established for 15 years!!
Read more →It's amazing at the end of this month we will have been established for 15 years. Time has flown by since walking into Ann Louise to buy three balls of wool and coming away having brought ourselves a shop!! After an initial steep learning curve we now have a vast knowledge of all things woolly and fibrous and an even bigger love for them. We stock huge ranges of yarns, fabrics, patterns, haberdashery and buttons and are still slowly adding to the website. The shops are well worth a visit if you are in the area. Happy new year!!
Read more →We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and are looking forward to a happy and creative new year. We have our January sale in store from Saturday 10th January to Saturday 17th January. There will be lots of reductions and special offers available so please try and visit us. I have also realised that the website has been a little neglected the past few months so I am going to try and give it a good tidy and update over the next weeks so please bear with me and hopefully it will be amazing by the end of January!!

Read more →Saturday 3rd May is Love Your Yarn Shop day We have lots of exciting things going on at both shops. We have a small selection of yarns with up to 50% off plus FREE goody bags when you spend over £10 on Sirdar or Sublime yarns. The sale starts at 8.30am and we close at 4.30pm The sale will include packs of discontinued colours of various yarns. Each pack contains 10 balls and they will be £12 a pack which is around 50% off.
